PORTRAIT PUPPET FOR ED BASSMASTER
We built a custom portrait for YouTuber, Ed Bassmaster in early 2021 for a series of prank calls he wanted to do utilizing our puppets on YouTube.
He wanted to have one puppet that could have interchangeable features, costumes and accessories that could fit on easily to match his three personas/characters including, Chip Diamond, Always Teste and Mumbles.
The puppet was made with removable arm rods and posable fingers.

DETAILING
Sydney carefully fabricates the puppet’s beard/goatee closely following all of the reference photos we received to resemble Ed as much as possible. One of the most important steps in creating a portrait puppet of someone.

Making Sure the Eyebrows are perfect
Every puppet design is distinctly different which means new approaches each time. Ed’s eyebrows were so thin we decided the best way to match the look would be by needle felting the eyebrows.
