This is “Moonfang,” a vampire/werewolf hybrid I originally sketched back in high school and later brought to life as a latex mask.
I was heavily inspired by creature effects artists like Stan Winston and Rick Baker and wanted to experiment with some of the techniques they used. This piece was made using latex rubber, airbrushing, and hand-painted details.
